New starting for cases diagnosed in 2025 & forward - RADIO-SENSITIZING CHEMOTHERAPY: If chemotherapy was provided as a radiosensitizer or radioprotectant code as chemotherapy treatment and support intent in your text. For cases diagnosed prior to 2025, do NOT code it as chemotherapy. This change has been made starting for cases diagnosed in 2025 forward.
