Description
This data item documents the date of last cancer (tumor status) of the patient’s malignant or non-malignant tumor. This data item is required for CoC-accredited facilities as of cases diagnosed January 1, 2018 and later.
Survival status for cases diagnosed on or after January 1, 2018, is calculated using the date of last cancer (tumor) status.
